The sister's background in regional farming production has enabled them to locate ingredients from farms across the region, a factor which combined with the quality and uniqueness of the products has attracted a growing fan base, including the BBC which recently featured them on the regional news.
Ingredients are all sourced locally wherever possible. Free range eggs come from Sunny Hill Farm, honey from Chainbridge Honey Farm, and the root vegetables direct from local suppliers or local farmers markets.
"We try our best to make sure that all of our ingredients travel no more than 30 miles before they are turned into delicious cakes! It's important to us that we know where our ingredients come from, and our customers tell us that it's important to them too."
